At ProLand, we understand the importance of curb appeal. If your landscape is not looking its best at all times you may be loosing perspective tenants, clients or residents to your competition.

Let our management staff come out and give you a landscape maintenance program that is designed for your specific properties and needs. We want to ensure your property gets all the services it needs to look its best at all times.

After the sale, our management staff will stay in constant contact with you to make you aware of any potential issues or to give you ideas for ways to improve the property. Our team members will turn in a weekly maintenance sheet so you know what is getting done each week and our management staff will also provide you with copies of monthly property inspections. As a property manager, we know your time is valuable but if you would like to walk the property with our management staff during the monthly property inspections we can schedule a time to meet that is convenient for you.
